Agent Builder in Microsoft 365 Copilot can now use SharePoint lists as knowledge sources for agents, enabling users to query structured list data up to 20,000 items per agent. List attachments and lookup columns are not yet supported.

Microsoft's description
Agent Builder now supports using a SharePoint list as a knowledge source for agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Makers can ground an agent in structured list data so users can ask questions and get responses based on information stored in a selected SharePoint list. For this release, each agent can reference one SharePoint list with up to 20,000 items, alongside other knowledge source types. Support for list attachments and lookup columns is not yet available.
