Microsoft 365: Introducing Exchange Online Cross-tenant Message Recall
Exchange Online Message Recall will expand to support cross-tenant scenarios, allowing admins to recall messages sent to external organizations that have added their tenant to a recall allow list. This requires coordination with external tenants to enable the feature.
Action required: Prepare to manage cross-tenant recall allow lists and communicate recall policies with partner organizations.

We're enhancing the Exchange Online Message Recall feature to add support for cross-tenant recalls. Today, you can recall messages only within your organization. Cross-tenant recall will let you recall messages sent to other organizations that add your tenant to their recall allow list.
