Outlook: Enriching profile cards with custom, organization-specific properties
Tenant admins can now configure custom organization-specific properties on M365 profile cards, sourced from external systems like HR platforms, to appear in the Contact Information section. This feature enables richer user profiles without disruption to existing functionality.
