Users can now schedule appointments and meetings directly through Copilot in chat, automating availability checking, room booking, agenda drafting, and invite sending. This capability is rolling out across Teams, web, mobile, and desktop platforms in GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Users can now schedule appointments and meetings directly from chat. Simply ask Copilot to create an appointment or schedule a meeting with colleagues, and it will find available times, book rooms, draft agendas, and send invites—all within the chat experience.
