Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Lifecycle Management - Retention based on Last Accessed for files in OneDrive and SharePoint
A new retention capability will enable admins to apply retention policies to SharePoint and OneDrive files based on their last-accessed date, allowing automated lifecycle management of infrequently used content.
