A new Meeting Shared Files feature will enable Teams users to attach files and links to meetings for streamlined sharing with participants and AI-enhanced meeting functionality like the Facilitator agent. This is a new capability with no mandatory actions required for adoption.

The new Meeting Shared Files feature allows users to add relevant files and links to their meeting for easy access and to automatically share that content with all meeting participants. AI in the meeting, like the Facilitator agent, uses these files for targeted grounding to answer questions and enhance skill functionality.
