Microsoft Viva: Copilot Analytics - Export metrics from Agent Dashboard
A new export capability is being added to the Agent Dashboard in Microsoft Viva that will allow users to export de-identified, row-level agent metrics and usage data. This provides additional analytics visibility without requiring action from admins.
