Microsoft Viva: Copilot Analytics - Export metrics from Agent Dashboard
A new export capability for de-identified agent metrics from the Agent Dashboard will enable admins and managers to analyze agent usage and interactions at scale while preserving privacy. This feature is currently in development and will be available for general use.

Users can export de-identified, row-level agent metrics and attributes from the Agent Dashboard. Exported data provides detailed insights into agent usage and user-level agent interactions across the organization, with personal identifiers removed. #copilotcontrolsystem
