Outlook: Teams Meeting Options
Outlook for Mac users can now see Teams meeting join links and dial-in details while composing meeting invites, with a new Meeting Options button to adjust Teams meeting settings before sending.

When you add a Teams meeting to an event in Outlook for Mac, the join link and dial-in details now appear in the invite while you're still writing it. A new Meeting Options button lets you change the Teams meeting settings right away, before you send.
